‘Outside the Box’ Is a 6 session total immersion program for success in Open Water. How was your swim performance in your last open water or triathlon event ?
Is the swim leg preventing you from participating in tri-athlons?

This course is designed for both experienced and first time open water swimmers. Outside the Box provides swimmers with an opportunity to gain speed and endurance by saving energy, which is far more effective than what you gain by getting fitter or stronger. Coping with crowds, different water conditions, sighting, buoy turns and race planning are all covered during the program.

These sessions are limited to 10 swimmers.

The content of each session varies week to week and will focus primarily to the needs of the attendees at any given session. The coach is on hand to answer any of your queries and identify key areas for you to work on.

Elite swimmers review video footage every week … For most normal swimmers this is only necessary every few months. For people learning more frequent video reviews can be beneficial.

Our bodies are like finely tuned machines and require regular servicing to ensure they are performing at their optimum.
Our minds eye very often gives a completely different view to what is really happening and the Video Analysis Sessions are designed to identify areas of inefficiecy not picked up by our Mind’s eye.

These sessions last approx 30mins…. Bring a USB memory stick to download your videos.
