Based on the proven Total Immersion methodology, we coach in the water with you all the way. This means that you will learn faster and enjoy the experience a lot more.

80% of your swimming performance comes from technique, so we focus on stroke correction and use underwater and aerial view video to analyse and transform your stroke.

You won't believe what some tweaks to your stroke will do for your efficiency and speed.
