Service Description

A new movement in adult squad swimming. Have you been too anxious to attend an adult squad? Are you worried you’re not fast enough, not skilled enough or simply not confident enough? This is the squad for you. We are not like any other squad you may have participated in. We have flipped adult squad swimming and are driven by turning you into the best and most confident swimmer you can be no matter your current skill level. Our squads include stroke correction advice, and achievable and realistic drills that will help you make measurable change towards a better stroke. We will work in groups to make changes and include mentors where required.
