Camp Schedule

• Thur morning start - arrive on Wednesday if you're not a local

• Camp finishes Sunday at lunch time

• Video Analysis and Stroke Corrections on first day

• Daily Morning squad sessions either in pool or open water

• Longer Adventure Swim with Kayak support

• Up to  6hrs English Channel qualifiying swim with kayak support (depending on weather conditions) 

• Free afternoons 

• Opportunities to socialise and interact
